In March 2020, TNG introduced new inactive account service fee aiming at encouraging users to use their TNG Wallet accounts and keep it active. Since the implementation of the new fee scheme, we received a number of enquiries and valuable suggestions from our users. TNG highly appreciate the constructive comments from our users. Purely as a gesture of goodwill and to encourage our users to actively use TNG Wallet, so as to enjoy the innovative services provided at TNG platform, TNG agrees to waive all the inactive account service fee as charged to all our users, and the fee shall be refunded in the next 5 days.


TNG aims to provide social and financial inclusion services, including, salary payouts, TNG Mastercard, global remittance services etc, for the purpose of providing users more convenient and efficient services.
