Schedule of Fees and Guidelines relating to the use of TNG Wallet (the "Schedule")

This Schedule supplements the TNG USERS’ TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Terms and Conditions") published by TNG (Asia) Limited and constitutes part of the Terms and Conditions thereof. This Schedule shall come into effect on 16 September 2021 and be updated from time to time.

  1. The maximum stored value balances in your TNG Wallet are as follows:
    1. For Normal members: HK$ 3,000
    2. For VIP+ members: HK$ 50,000
    3. For Super VIP+ (“SVIP+”) members: HK$ 100,000
  2. The annual transaction limits for your TNG Wallet are as follows:
    1. For Normal members: HK$ 25,000
    2. For VIP+ members: HK$ 100,000
    3. For SVIP+ members: Unlimited
  3. The administration fee for different top-up channels are as follows:
    1. 7-Eleven, Circle K Convenience Stores: Waived1
    2. Credit card: 2.5% of top-up amount
    3. Coin Cart: Waived1
    4. Coin Dragon: Waived1 (10% of the fee is charged by the operator, details can be referred to the website of the operator)
    5. E-banking: HK$ 5 if single top-up amount is less than HK$ 100, otherwise it is waived1
    6. FPS: Waived1
    7. JETCO ATM: Waived1
  4. General service charges:
    1. P2P Transfer / Scan-2-Pay / Request Payment: Waived1
      1. Sender request payment cancellation before acceptance: HK$ 5
    2. Bill payment: Waived1
    3. FPS transfer to local banks and stored value facility (“SVF”) operators:
      1. To any local SVF operator5:

    4. Cash withdrawal at First Exchange or Unison Foreign Exchange:
      1. 1% of transaction amount
      2. The above mentioned fee is not refundable if the transaction is subsequently cancelled or the fund remains unclaimed after 3 days (including the date of submitting the withdrawal instruction and public holidays).
    5. Foreign exchange:
      1. Administration fee is waived1
      2. Order cancellation or the fund remained unclaimed after 3 days (including the date of submitting the withdrawal instruction and public holidays): HK$ 2002
    6. Global bill payment: Fees varied across countries, details can be referred to the relevant page of TNG Wallet2
    7. Global remittance:
      1. Outward remittance submission: Fees varied across different countries/countries, (minimum fee is HK$ 19) details can be referred to the relevant page of TNG Wallet
      2. Cancellation or amendment: HK$ 19
    8. Global SIM top-up: Fees may vary across different countries/jurisdictions, details can be referred to the relevant page of TNG Wallet2
    9. Change of registered mobile number: Waived1
    10. Request for cancellation / refund: HK$ 200 (May subject of individual circumstances)
    11. Account closure: Administration fee will be incurred as follows:
      1. Refund via crossed cheque: HK$ 300
      2. Refund via bank transfer: HK$ 150
      3. Refund via FPS: HK$150
    12. (Administration fee will first be deducted from the account remaining balance at TNG Wallet. No refund will be made to member if the remaining balance is lower than that of the administration fee required)

    13. Inactive account service charges: Waived1
  5. The minimum top-up, transfer and withdrawal amount for a single transaction as follows:
    1. Top-Up
      1. 7-Eleven, Circle K Convenience Stores: HK$ 100
      2. Credit card: HK$ 100
      3. Coin Cart: HK$ 0.1
      4. Coin Dragon: HK$ 0.1 (Details of the charges can be referred to the website of the operator)
      5. E-banking: HK$ 0.01 (May subject to the setting of individual bank)
      6. FPS: HK$ 0.01 (May subject to the setting of individual operator or bank)
      7. JETCO ATM: HK$ 100
    2. Transfer
      1. FPS to any local SVF operator: HK$ 10 (May subject to the setting of individual operator)
      2. FPS to any local bank: HK$ 100 (May subject to the setting of individual bank)
    3. Withdrawal
      1. 7-Eleven, Circle K Convenience Stores, First Exchange and Unison Foreign Exchange: HK$ 100
  6. The expected clearing time for different top-up channels and transfer are as follows:3
    1. 7-Eleven or Circle K Convenience Stores: Instant
    2. Credit card: Instant
    3. Coin Cart: Instant
    4. Coin Dragon: Instant
    5. E-banking: Up to 3 working days3
    6. JETCO ATM: Up to 3 working days3
    7. Top-up via FPS: Instant3
    8. Transfer via FPS: Instant3
  7. You can request account history record of your TNG Wallet for a service fee as follows:4
    1. Transactions within 1 year HK$ 50 for each month, subject to a maximum fee of HK$ 200
    2. Transactions within 2 years HK$ 300
    3. Transactions within 3 years HK$ 500
    4. Each additional year over 3 years HK$ 500
    5. (up to 7 years)

  8. If there is any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
  9. TNG reserves the rights to amend the service charges at any time without prior notice.

Notes

  1. Charges are currently waived until further notice.
  2. Prior to crediting TNG Wallet, refund amount will be calculated based on:

    1. the exchange rate at the time of submission; and
    2. the deduction of any relevant charges (if applicable).
  3. The clearing time is our best estimate under normal circumstances; the actual clearing time may vary depending on different banks, operators and merchants.
  4. Your request can be made via our Customer Service Hotline at +852 3951 6268 or in writing to our Customer Service Department. To safeguard your interest, you are strongly recommended to visit our office located at 21/F Olympia Plaza, 255 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong in person to collect the required records and settle the fees required.
  5. For avoidance of doubt, if the transaction amount is HK$520, and the transaction is the first transaction in a particular calendar month, the HK$500 portion shall be processed for free, and the processing of the HK$20 balance shall be charged in accordance with the charging schedule.

Announces Strategic Exit from Stored Value Facilities ("SVF") business

We would like to announce to our users that we have decided to exit the SVF business due to our consideration for strategic corporate restructuring and realignment. The decision to exit the SVF business was made after a thorough review and deliberation of the company’s portfolio and business strategies. We are working on a non-SVF business for a total transformation of our business to carry our motto of “Make Your Life Easier”. Do take note of our future announcement. 

Customer Protection

TNG Wallet remains committed to supporting its users, merchants, and service partners  during this transition. We have made sufficient provision for financial and administrative resources to meet the float redemption and relevant administrative processes to ensure that all obligations to users, merchants and service partners are met and that users are provided with the necessary guidance and support. 

The existing independent 3rd Party, Custodian agency, (“Tricor Trust (Hong Kong) Limited”) will continue to act as Custodian throughout the redemption process. TNG will commence the exit process today (25 October, at 4:30pm) and all of the services will be terminated by 9 December 2024. From 4:30pm on 25 October 2024 to 6:00pm on 9 December 2024, all TNG users will be able to withdraw your money in TNG Wallet in various ways (see below service list for more info). 

You are encouraged to withdraw the remaining balance via local merchant payment, FPS/ Bank Transfer, P2P Transfer, and MasterCard Purchase on or before 9 December 2024 6:00pm. All relevant service charges will be waived during the period of 25 October 2024 and 9 December 2024. After the termination of TNG services on 9 December 2024, TNG Wallet App will be retired and the management fees will be applied.
